Congrats, Are – I introduced the Core Model at my previous organisation and it was transformational. Once stakeholders 'got it', it became the standard way we developed content. People saw that by gaining alignment on the user, their needs, organisational objectives and success criteria upfront, we created better content faster with fewer revisions. Subject matter experts appreciated that we took their information seriously and applied rigour to its expression.
